Job Title: Front of House Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Representative at Wilberforce Health Centre.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing a world-class welcoming experience to all visitors and public entering our public facility. As a Front of House Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, helpful, caring, and informative service to all visitors, while also coordinating meeting room bookings, hospitality requests, and providing an overall support service to the site on behalf of Sewell Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional front of house customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the site, welcoming and signposting patients and visitors, while maintaining confidentiality, empathy, and respect.
  • Engage with patients to actively contribute to the promotion of good health, with training provided.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and the landlord to ensure the building maintains high standards.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, including catering and hospitality orders, and arrange presentation equipment as needed.
  • Receive and distribute deliveries, mail, and packages to various tenants.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages for tenants.
  • Maintain on-site record keeping, including Fire Safety and Infection Control.
Requirements:
  • A strong belief in delivering great customer service.
  • A passion for working with people.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
  • A positive, approachable, and professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work both as a team member and independently in a busy environment.
  • Possess a positive approach to learning, development, and progression.
  • Flexible attitude towards hours worked and willingness to support the wider team during holiday and sickness periods.
