Teaching Assistant Needed:

About the Position:
As a highly motivated and organized individual, you will work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues will be essential in creating a supportive learning environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Work closely with students to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.


Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification and/or 6 months experience in education.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.


Salary and Benefits:
An estimated annual salary of £26,000 - £38,000, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within TeacherActive. Candidates must also undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide two professional references.
