Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in the Midlands region. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects in a timely and efficient manner.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert estimating services to support their decision-making. Your role will involve:

  • Producing estimates and cost plans for projects
  • Managing the estimating process at project level
  • Providing estimating support to our clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Estimator who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a difference in the industry. If you have a strong background in estimating and a proven track record of delivering successful projects, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified to a high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
  • Relevant experience of providing estimating and/or QS services in a large project environment
  • Previous experience of working with estimating software packages
  • Membership of a relevant professional body with chartered status or working towards
