Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Paragon Resource Solutions. As a skilled carpenter with experience in multi-trade skills, you will be responsible for carrying out domestic maintenance work across the Norwich area.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of day-to-day jobs allocated by a central team
• Updating PDA devices with key information and work schedules
• Ensuring all assigned tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient standard
• Promoting the client's corporate image and excellent service standard on every resident visit
• Making decisions upon specialist experience and knowledge
• Ensuring compliance at all times with necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities of repair work and contractor compliance
• Managing van stock effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Experience within a domestic maintenance environment
• Multi-Trade experience
• Excellent customer service skills as you will be working in tenanted properties
• Trade City & Guilds/NVQ qualification or time served
• Full UK driving license and own van

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £18.50 per hour, with self-employed and PAYE options available. You will also have access to benefits including van and tool provision (if the role becomes permanent) and opportunities for career development.
