We are working with an award-winning education recruitment agency, Suppleo Education, to find a qualified Teaching Assistant for a special needs school in Chester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of talented staff and support individual pupils with various additional learning needs, including ASD, SLD, and SEMH.


Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Daily Rate: £85 – £100/day
Location: Chester
Duration: Ongoing
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time
Hours: 8:30-3:30


Requirements:



  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • A relevant qualification in a related field would be an advantage, but a CPD accredited course provider offers FREE training to all candidates
  • A valid enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate on the update service or a willingness to obtain one via Suppleo Education
  • Introduction to Safeguarding – Available FREE via Suppleo Education
