The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Plumber/Multi Trader to join our Living Space team on our responsive maintenance contract in the Barnsley area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake repair and renewal works to plumbing installations and associated minor maintenance tasks, utilizing your multi-trade experience.
  • Work alongside colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders, ensuring timely and productive delivery.
  • Use PDA to receive instructions and feedback electronically, detailing works undertaken or to be undertaken.
  • Liaise with Supervisors/schedulers in a timely manner when works are unable to be completed on a first visit, providing detailed information for programming.
  • Afford excellent customer service to residents, clients, and colleagues, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
