Autism Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Mentor to join our exceptional team at Reed.
Your Role as an LSA- Work closely with our teaching staff to support students in their daily activities, fostering a collaborative learning environment that caters to individual needs.
- Collaborate with therapists, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic development and provide comprehensive support to students.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with severe learning difficulties. You will work closely with our teaching staff to develop tailored learning experiences that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in their daily activities, promoting independence and confidence.
- Collaborate with therapists, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic development and provide comprehensive support to students.
