Job Title: Part Time Finance Business Partner

Join Reed and take on a challenging role as a Part Time Finance Business Partner. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial part in supporting the financial reporting process and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production of monthly Management Accounts, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with budget holders, operational teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Prepare and process journals for accrued income, prepayments, and other required entries.
  • Produce accurate monthly management accounts and reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts.
  • Support Team Managers with financial information and analysis.
  • Investigate variances on budget and provide detailed analysis.
  • Prepare variance report for review by Head of Finance.
  • Assist in delivering benchmarking data and contributing to its interpretation.
  • Prepare the monthly cash flow statement as part of the monthly management accounts.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Management Accounting & Business Partner role.
  • Reporting to senior managers and presenting complex information.
  • Part qualified (ACCA/CIMA/AAT).
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
