Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at our Ford Cardiff dealership. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles to the highest quality standards
  • Use technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity targets and deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Technical knowledge and skills to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity targets
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with customers and colleagues
