Job Title: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Lead Technical Consultant

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Lead Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our SPM team, you'll be responsible for leading the technical workstream, providing insights into ServiceNow capabilities, configurations, and best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the technical workstream of ServiceNow SPM, providing technical leadership and expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
  2. Develop and contribute to SPM solutions, meeting client strategic planning, investment funding, demand management, and resource management needs.
  3. Own the overall story position and quality, ensuring appropriate acceptance criteria are set within client engagements.
  4. Participate in knowledge sharing and good practice development, working within our UK, EMEA, and Global teams.
  5. Travel as required to support client engagements and collaborate with our global teams.
Requirements
  1. Previous SPM ServiceNow development and technical leadership experience, helping clients manage the entire lifecycle of their initiatives, programs, and projects.
  2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  3. Ability to create and deliver sustainable ServiceNow solutions, advising on best practices such as data migration and integration management.
