About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert-level work in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS check (arranged by Bromford).
  • Right to work in the UK.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £33,934.12 per annum, with a yearly pay review.

  • 40 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday, with regular opportunities for paid overtime.
