About the Role:
">As a Regional Sales Director at William H Brown, you will oversee the performance of our residential sales teams across the region. This involves driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

What We Offer:
">A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, making your total OTE (£45,000). ">Requirements:
">We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry. You'll need strong leadership and people management skills, as well as exceptional customer care and service experience.
">You should be resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
