Job Summary

We're seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Dockyard, a friendly bar in the heart of Portsmouth's student community. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing and serving high-quality food and drink, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve our high-quality food and drink, making recommendations to elevate guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
