About the Ideal Candidate:
  1. Experience in multiple maintenance trades, such as plumbing, carpentry, brickwork repairs, painting, and decorating
  2. Recognized qualifications in relevant trades
  3. Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards
  4. Organized, punctual, and dependable
  5. Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
