We are Proud to Care Devon, a leading provider of care services in the region. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with us in providing high-quality care to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. You will also possess a caring and empathetic nature, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with light domestic duties, such as meal preparation and cleaning
  • Support clients with specialized techniques, as required
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for clients
Requirements
  • No previous care experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Possess a caring and empathetic nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work flexibly, including weekends and varying shifts
