Job Title: Development Lead

AGS Cyber is seeking a highly skilled Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of digital solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create interactive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Support the development team in the design, implementation, and support of websites, applications, and other digital services.
  • Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, on-brief, and to the agreed standard.
  • Position yourself as an expert consultant in the digital transformation, architecture, and solutions space across IT, marketing, and sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a software developer, with an understanding of different development languages and frameworks (ideally web-based technologies, with a JavaScript focus such as Reactjs).
  • Experience and understanding of data structures and databases, including SQL, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
  • An understanding of hosting infrastructure for websites and applications, including cloud-based architecture, serverless, and microservices.
  • Understanding and experience implementing projects with the software development lifecycle.
