Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in London, Surrey, Essex, or Hertfordshire. As a clinical care coordinator, you will assess patients' needs and develop individualised care plans. You must have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing patients' needs and developing individualised care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, documenting any changes accurately.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.

Requirements:
  • A valid nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to patient care.

Salary: £28,000 - £34,500 per annum
