We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Rail team in Exeter or Swindon, working on a Civils Reactive Maintenance Contract for the Western Reactive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to infrastructure projects, identifying commercial risks and opportunities, and providing support to senior team members in delivering commercial duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimising commercial performance through diligent cost control and value for money opportunities
  • Managing supply chain and procuring materials
  • Providing commercial support to senior team members
  • Assisting with commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
