As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle services while ensuring work meets rigorous safety and quality standards.
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary starting at £36,000, with potential bonuses and overtime pay taking it up to £40,000, as well as a comprehensive training plan to enhance your skills and support your career growth.
As a Senior Vehicle Technician and Workshop Controller, your primary responsibilities will include servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards, overseeing a small team of four technicians, and promoting a high-performance work ethic. You will also enjoy a generous holiday package: 25 days (rising to 28 after three years) plus bank holidays, employee discounts, free parking, and a positive work environment.

- Ensuring all work meets high safety and quality standards.
You will lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence within the workshop, while maintaining an active role in its day-to-day operations.
Work Schedule- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30.
- One in four Saturdays: 08:30 – 12:00.
