About the Role
- Provide expert business and compliance advice to clients, supporting managers with complex client issues
- Lead audits, financial reporting, and internal control reviews for clients across various sectors, including real estate, utilities, and consumer markets
- Develop audit scope and plans, working closely with internal auditors and other specialists
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of juniors, ensuring the continued growth of the audit team
- Drive business development through strategic growth initiatives, preparing business proposals, and pitching to potential clients
- Represent the firm at audit committees, shareholder meetings, and AGMs
- Lead a team of audit and assurance staff, managing resource allocation, compliance, and performance
- Ensure billing completeness, statutory deadline adherence, and the correct application of accounting standards
- Support financial metrics for client wins, RPH, and overrun recoveries
