We are seeking a Hands-On Maintenance Specialist to join our team at SolviT Recruitment.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

As a hands-on maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and general labouring duties.

You will be working in a variety of settings, including factories, removals teams, and construction sites.

We offer a competitive salary range of £14.00-£15.00 per hour, depending on the day of the week.

This temporary-permanent position comes with a 12-week probation period, during which time we will assess your skills and performance.

Please note that due to the nature of the work, you may be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance tasks, repairs, and general labouring duties
  • Work in different locations, including factories, removals teams, and construction sites
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness and endurance
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with clients
