About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and contribute to the success of our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior culinary role and a passion for delivering high-quality food service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in the development and implementation of kitchen systems and procedures.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence and take charge of the kitchen.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver efficient and high-quality food service.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
