As a Specialist Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teachers to deliver interventions that support regulations, such as sensory circuits and movement breaks. You will also support with academics and SEMH check-ins.

Requirements
  • Experience in a previous role or personal experience with SEMH, essential
  • Calm and compassionate nature
  • Trauma informed/emotion coaching experience ideal
  • Ability to de-escalate and support pupils with self-regulation
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is £90 - £100 per day, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including regular training for all members of staff and extensive extra-curricular provision, including trips and after-school clubs.
