About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our UK & ROI brand team. As Assistant Brand Manager, you will be accountable for planning and executing strategies that drive short and long-term brand and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create world-class consumer engagement through paid media, loyalty, e-commerce, stores, beauty advisors, influencers, and PR.
  • Respond to market changes and performance challenges in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, global brand teams, and stakeholders.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of brand activations and provide insights for future improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in brand marketing with a track record of delivering results through brand and product launches.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of business fundamentals.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
