About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Consensus. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues within the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Support individuals to engage in meaningful activities and experiences, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Manage and deliver care services that are person-centred and responsive to the needs of each individual.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.

Our residential home, Beach Road, provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support that enables individuals to live fulfilling lives.
