Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a skilled Freelance Makeup Artist to join our team. As a member of our elite team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, promoting our brand values and products, and driving business in store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales:
    • Meet sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience and exemplary service.
    • Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of your product knowledge.
    • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within the company guidelines.
  • Customer Service:
    • Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Work:
    • Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards your work and colleagues.
    • Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
  • Operations:
    • Ensure the counter/gondola is "customer ready" from open to close of business.
    • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards.
    • Assist with maintaining inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
    • Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
    • Assist in the execution of events.
    • Maintain consistent communication with the Brand field team regarding counter/gondola needs or concerns.
    • Maintain high standards in managing schedule, clocking in and out, and submitting time sheets on payroll application.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual who can deliver our brand philosophy of artistry made easy and provide a unique and personalized shopping experience for our customers.
