Legal Support Apprentice Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Support Apprentice. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers and staff in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, including maintaining client information, creating new files, and filing correspondence.
  • Develop expertise in our internal CRM system, Lawsoft, and use it to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using MS Outlook and manage your diary to ensure timely meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are booked and equipped for catering purposes, and handle telephone enquiries in a professional and polite manner.
  • Assist with reception duties, including logging visitors to the firm.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook and Lawsoft.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative and discretion when necessary.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data or creating content.
