Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Splend. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our fleet management activities.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for detail. As a Fleet Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, repair, and delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, minimizing downtime.
  • TFL Compliance: Ensure that all vehicles comply with TFL regulations, including inspection days and paperwork.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately track the location, status, and condition of each vehicle in our inventory system.
  • Geotab Installation: Manage the installation and calibration of Geotab telematics systems in vehicles to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Documentation and Keys: Prepare and manage keys and documentation related to vehicles, including V5C, MOTs, insurance, and inspection reports.

You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with our internal teams and external partners.

Requirements
  • A current and valid full UK driver's license.
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood Hub.
