Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as benefits including enhanced holidays, childcare discounts, and breakfast clubs.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Teacher with a strong passion for childhood education to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that foster development in line with the Montessori philosophy, observing and assessing children's development, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in line with the Montessori method.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, using this information to inform future planning and development.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that meets the needs of children aged 6 months - 5 years old.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a nursery setting as an Early Years Teacher; Montessori experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong observational, communication, and organizational skills.
