Park Plaza London Riverbank is seeking a highly skilled Meetings and Events Planning Executive to join our events team. As part of our hotel's dedicated events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Meetings and Events professional to take on a key role within our hotel. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions, while also managing event logistics and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events from initial contact to post-event evaluation
* Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored event solutions
* Manage event logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, and room setup
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
