We are looking for a Cleanliness and Safety Specialist to join our team at Mayflower Court, a leading care facility in Southampton. As part of our residential environment team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.

In this role, you will work closely with our maintenance and facilities teams to ensure that our residents' rooms and communal areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. You will also provide guidance and support to our housekeeping team on best practices and procedures for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and safeguarding practices. They will also have a confident use of cleaning products and equipment, with an emphasis on safe and efficient practices.
