About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our team at our luxury nursing home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, carers, and support staff
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct regular assessments, reviews, and updates of care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and specialists
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and training programs

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration
  • Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
