Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinish Technician to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our Paint and Body Repair Centre, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles to an exemplary high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and spray vehicles to meet internal and customer quality standards.
- Ensure accurate colour matching on all assigned tasks.
- Complete paint work efficiently and effectively in line with daily schedules.
- Undertake cosmetic repairs on motor vehicles with precision and skill.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry guidelines.
- Accurately record time and details for each job.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
- Identify and report any additional faults for further repair.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paint Technician with technical expertise.
- Team-player with ability to operate within set processes and procedures.
- Qualified Paint Technician with industry-recognised qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Motivated, dedicated, and organised individual with a focus on Health & Safety.
