About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in West Norfolk, working closely with the CAMHS and Youth teams. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, gain new experiences, and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing consultant-level support to the CAMHS and Youth teams
  • Contributing to MDT discussions and interventions
  • Oversight of service developments, clinical governance, and assurance
  • Leadership and supervision of junior medical staff

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is competitive, with a relocation allowance of up to £12,000 and a retention bonus of £15,000 over three years. In addition, you will receive a professional development budget, dedicated SPA time, paid study leave, and the potential for extra PA with requisite pay.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time (10 session) role with 7.5 clinical sessions, including clinics and team meetings. We offer flexible working arrangements and opportunities for remote working, subject to business needs.
