Business Analysis Team

The Business Analysis team plays a pivotal role in driving the Firm's strategic initiatives, ensuring optimal solutions and processes are delivered. With a diverse staff of c2000 users across Europe, the team is responsible for analysing business needs, developing insights, and implementing efficient processes firm-wide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis of complex business problems and opportunities, reviewing processes and demonstrating critical thinking to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and manage business cases and management reports to justify investment, identifying and tracking measures to realise business benefits.
  • Elicit and effectively manage requirements from colleagues across multiple locations, using a range of business analysis techniques.
  • Drive and challenge business teams on their identified problems and opportunities, creating clear documentation using a broad range of tools and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements, maintaining detailed knowledge of key products and comparative products in the market.
