**About the Role**
We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Danes Hill Prep School in Leatherhead, Surrey. As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for assisting the onsite Chef Manager with meal preparation, working with fresh seasonal ingredients, and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Chef Manager in preparing main meals and snacks for the site
* Work with a volume of 200+ students and staff
* Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and restaurant area
* May include some counter service and till work
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive hourly rate of £15.60
* 35 weeks of work per year

**Requirements:**
* Trade test required for this role
