Job Title: Site Engineer - Wastewater Treatment

Our client, a leading Principal Contractor in the water sector, is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join their team in North Yorkshire. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing site engineering duties to various projects within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain site engineering control for contracts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Set out detailed works as per contract drawings, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop site-specific HSQE documentation, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Support the Site Agent and other engineers in the delivery of projects, adhering to quality, programme, and commercial performance standards.
  • Assist in the production and implementation of project plans, RAMS, ITP, and check mechanisms, ensuring commercial performance and variation management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in setting out on water/civil engineering projects.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations.
  • Fully conversant with robotic total station or EDM instruments.
  • Degree qualified/HNC (or equivalent) in civil engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and EUSR clean water card.
