HR Systems Product Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with HR leaders, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to understand and prioritize product requirements and strategic objectives.
This role will support core HR platforms to help with enhancements and break fixes that are part of our product portfolio.
This role is predominantly remote, with some occasional travel to a centralized office as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with HR leaders, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to understand and prioritize product requirements and strategic objectives.
- Supporting core HR platforms to help with enhancements and break fixes that are part of our product portfolio.
- Driving the development of self-service tools and process automation capabilities to streamline HR processes, reduce administrative burdens, and empower employees to manage their own HR needs.
- Championing for data compliance, HRIS upgrades, and best practices to the organization.
- Managing inquiries and requests related to payroll/HRIS system, which may require research, analysis, or advanced technical support with vendors.
