Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a Board Member, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our stakeholders.

The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy of the organization. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of our policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that we are meeting our regulatory obligations.

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in regulatory affairs, governance, and leadership. You should have a deep understanding of the issues facing the justice system and the legal services market, as well as the ability to provide high-level strategic thinking and advice.

As a Board Member, you will be expected to attend regular meetings and participate in decision-making processes. You will also be required to contribute to the development of our policies and procedures, as well as provide guidance and oversight to our executive team.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a annual stipend of £10,000. This is a part-time role, requiring approximately two days of commitment per month.
