Soldo is a financial services and software company that's changing the way businesses spend money. We're looking for a Data Reporting Specialist to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with experience in tools like SQL, Python, and data visualisation software. They will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and transforming data into valuable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Extraction: Extracting data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analysing data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and optimise product performance.
  • Reporting Development: Designing and creating data reports, dashboards, and visualisations that are user-friendly, actionable, and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilising advanced technical skills in data tools and programming languages to manipulate and transform data effectively.
  • Data Cleaning: Cleaning, pre-processing, and transforming raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Data Integration: Integrating data from multiple sources to create a cohesive and comprehensive data repository.
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to maintain data accuracy and consistency within reports and dashboards.
  • Automation: Developing and maintaining automated reporting processes to improve the efficiency and timeliness of reporting.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, business operations, and sales operations, to understand their data needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Documentation: Maintaining documentation of data sources, data transformations, and report creation processes.

We're looking for someone who is a true self-starter, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Experience with data visualisation tools and dashboard development is a plus.
