We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to fill a key role in our urgent care team. As a senior OT, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our department.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for:

Main Duties
  • Providing expert leadership and guidance to junior staff and students.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the MDT.
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with HCPC as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience in acute hospitals, preferably in an OT team or MDT setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
