Job Title: Associate Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our Insolvency Support Team in Financial Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Insolvency Practitioners, ensuring the smooth operation of our case management system, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in using Microsoft Office applications, preferably with an Insolvency Practitioners' case management system. You will be required to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly with colleagues and clients, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate bank account details to prevent fraud and money laundering activities
  • Enter data accurately onto the Insolvency Practitioners' case management system
  • Prepare and draft letters, statutory documents, and other correspondence
  • Reconcile company bank statements and analyze basic financial information
  • Assist in regulatory and compliance matters, including internal compliance reporting
  • Provide regular progress updates to the delivery team
  • Perform bank account validations and monitor insolvency estate bank accounts for incoming receipts
  • Liaise with engagement teams on sales/purchase ledger queries
