**Job Opportunity**

Prospero Teaching Careers is seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to deliver personalized tuition packages to young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) who cannot access mainstream education. Our goal is to provide a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters academic growth and confidence.

**The Role**

As an SEN Tutor, you will work one-on-one with students to create tailored lesson plans that address their unique needs and abilities. Your primary objective will be to re-engage students in their learning, provide structure and routine, and support their educational development. You will also be responsible for submitting weekly progress reports to Prospero Teaching Careers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to students with SEN
* Create and implement personalized learning plans
* Monitor student progress and submit weekly reports
* Work collaboratively with Prospero Teaching Careers to ensure student success

**Requirements**

* Experience working with students with SEN
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
* Commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment

**Contract Details**

* Location: Various locations across Exmouth
* Part-time, 5 days a week, during school hours
