As a key member of the Corporate Affairs Packaging team, you'll support the transformation communication agenda and drive the Customer Experience transformation programme. Your expertise will help create engagement, excitement, adoption, and ownership of the CX transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the creation of the internal communications strategy and plan for different stakeholder groups.
  • Drive the channel strategy in support of your communication strategy and plan.
  • Onboard and manage required suppliers to deliver on your strategy.
  • Plan, edit, write content, and manage channels for internal communications mediums.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of change communication principles and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and deliver communications strategies and plans for large transformational projects.
  • Compelling storyteller with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and ideally at least one other European language.
