We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team at Leaders in Care.

Job Description:
  1. Ensure positive outcomes for children in care through effective leadership and management.
  2. Maintain high standards of care and compliance.
  3. Collaborate with other professionals to meet the needs of children in care.
  4. Report and document care provided accurately.
Requirements:
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
  • NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent care.
  • A passion for working with children with learning disabilities.
