Occupational Health Nurse Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join the MOH team at a leading oil refinery in the UK. The MOH team provides high-quality clinical care, management, and expert advice to employees across the business.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse (Adult) with unrestricted current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC). They will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to employees on health and safety matters, as well as managing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees on health and safety matters
  • Manage and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Adult) with unrestricted current registration with the NMC
  • Experience in occupational health nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
