Job Title: Registered Domiciliary Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at Women In Healthcare (WIH) in Bristol.

Job Purpose:

To oversee the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with governing body requirements and relevant legislation.

The Role:
  • Work closely with the COO to develop a high-quality private domiciliary care service for the local community.
  • Manage the regulated activity for the office, ensuring compliance with regulators and legislation.
  • Promote person-centred care and the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Manage client acquisition from initial contact to conversion, adhering to company policy.
  • Conduct care planning and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure successful operation of quality control systems and perform quality assurance activities.
