About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our client's highly efficient and professional body shop team in Manchester.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce initial and updated estimates as specified by insurers/customers, ensuring that the vehicle repair can be carried out safely, to correct specification, efficiently, and that by doing so, a satisfactory profit margin can be generated.
  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales.
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure.
  • Carry out work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in your approach.
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years VDA experience is preferred.
  • Candidates must hold a full and valid driving licence.
