Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Court Social Worker to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive, skilled team manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients during difficult times
  • • Work closely with other professionals, such as lawyers and social workers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized plans to address these needs
