About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to OFSTED regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and provide references.
